Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (including engraved or 3D personalized items)

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
