Shipping policy

Overview

Autoerra operates as a business-to-business (B2B) sales platform.
All products are manufactured for commercial use and many orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ), volume-based pricing, and optional customization.


Order Processing & Production Time

Most Autoerra products are made-to-order or custom-manufactured.

  • Standard production time:
    Typically 5–10 business days, depending on:

    • Order quantity

    • Customization options

    • Current production capacity

Production begins after full payment is received and the order is confirmed.

⚠️ Production times are estimates and may vary for large or highly customized orders.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers, which may include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

  • Freight or pallet shipping for large-volume orders

The shipping method is selected based on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated separately for large or bulk orders.

Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Shipping method (standard, expedited, freight)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated transit times begin after production is completed and the order is handed over to the carrier.

Autoerra is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure or events outside our control


International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • Autoerra does not control or predict customs clearance times.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delivery delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Autoerra is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after carrier acceptance, except where required by law.


Damaged or Missing Shipments

Buyers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery, including:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

  • Shipping label and tracking number

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Autoerra is not liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Shipments returned or lost because of incomplete delivery details

Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors will be the buyer’s responsibility.
